It also won some other stuff, but I can't be bothered looking. As for Killzone 2 not being the best at anything, what exactly is Halo 3 the best at? You must be including the PC into this, because from the top of my head I can already claim that Killzone 2 is the most technically impressive FPS on consoles.

Careful, someone will bring up the scale of Halo games and the numbers of players it has going on in a single map as proof that the engine it's using is more capable than Killzone 2's or anything else on consoles.  ¬_¬

Conveniently forgetting anything about MAG and its 256 players games.

WTF is MAG? Don't start making things up, it makes us Sony fanboys look much worse than we already do. Halo can do all sorts of crazy shit, 60 player online matches, 100 enemies on screen (The enemies are also twice as smart as every other enemy in any game ever), stage creation!! and it's all perfectly mapped to the 360 controller to give you that ultimate 360 awesomeness that can only be found on Halo: Reach!! (until Gears comes out of course).

Not only is the AI improved, but scalable. And they have further increased the amount of units onscreen, whilst providing high quality visuals that GT thought was CGI lol. And I forgot, the biggest 'playable' single player levels on consoles for an FPS.

An age old war is raging and us VG Chartz guys that agree with each other must stick together and help spread the word on all that is 360 and awesome. Killzone 2 won Best PS3 Shooter from IGN. It won Best Competitive Multiplayer, Best Sound Design, Most Improved Sequel and Best Shooter from GameSpot editor's choice. It won Best Graphics in the G-Phoria 2009 Awards. It also took in Game of the Year from Gamereactor.

The soundtrack also won gaming's first Ivor Novello Award.

I will admit i was wrong to say that killzone games didnt win any award but compare to the Halo triology and its spinoff s killzone is just a fail.

Ign gave halo 3: best FPS, best competitve MP

GT gave Halo 3: best FPS, best 360 game, best MP, ect. and when announcing the winner for GOTY they said it ws between SMG and Halo 3.

Spike gave it best 360 game and MP

G-Phoria: GOTY,ect

Many Many more i dont even have time to lis them. GOOGLE it.

BTW this was just Halo 3 if it was Halo 1 & 2 oh boy that would be funny to watch you boil.

Just so you know though, I never said Forza was a GT killer or matched it etc. 

I referred to physics system and review scores. No KZ game has ever gotten a higher score than any Halo game. But since Forza came on the scene with Forza 1 ( it's direct competitor was GT4 they released same year ) Forza has outperformed GT reviews. Forza 1 beat GT4 review scores. And FM2 and 3 have had no direct competition. 

So it's only sales that GT can be reffered to as the winner. 

Whereas Halo is on every front a winner. It's a proven high scoring heavily played franchise that has increased it's sales with each consecutive game release ( not including expansion and spin off ). KZ started very average. Has been rounded off with a respectable 90 meta ( 89 GR ) and sold pretty well. But to say it's current 14,000 players online vs 223,000 for Halo right now is not a tell tale sign when Halo 3 is 2 years older is pretty misforgiving. 

KZ misses the things that people come back to Halo for time and time again.

KZ2 last 24 hours   =    Had 17,162 players who logged in.

Halo 3 last 24 hours     =    Had 630, 485 players who logged in.

Killzone 2 has alot less players who log in over an entire month right now than in 24 hours of Halo 3. 

KZ2 last 1 month  =     Had 176, 009 players who logged in.

 

 

This tells you everything. If it doesnt then something is not right.

1. Killzone hasn't outscored ANY halo? KZ2 got way higher score than ODST.

2.WTF are this rounded Bullshit? KZ2 is @ 91 and 90 in meta and GR so GTFO out of here with your rounding, going by this logic HALO3 and KZ2 score the same if your round them to the nearest.

(HALO3=94 rounded=90 / KZ2=91 rounded=90)

3.GT5 is only sales winner? Haven't played MAG yet, but my 2 friends that got it said that it was boring and went back to Battlefield BC2 and MW2.

As for the awards KZ2 got, both the AI and the OST is better in Halo 3 than KZ2. It has gotten higher scores and more awards than KZ2 too. However i agree it is overated, but KZ2 really isn't that good of a game either, singleplayer is short and why should you play the multiplayer when you can play CoD, Battlefield or even Halo? Also the graphics are impressive, but compare it to Crysis and it pales in comparision. Yes i know its on PC, but the footage i've seen of Rage (360 version) and Crysis 2 (console versions) looks better than Killzone 3 in my eyes, so its not even the best looking console FPS anymore.

The OST from any Halo game is a "classic". They are the best scores i've heard in the last couple of years, got all the cd's :)

I'm sure Halo Reach will win at least these 4 awards: best Multiplayer, best OST, best AI and GotY
