the kentic being 150 i agree wasnt that hard

check these threads out me and seece battled numerous times about 360 staying at 200 and 300 although it can still go down in the fall but so far so good for me

The price of the bundle is solid. Kinect it self it priced too high. Granted you don't have to worry about buying multple controller/controller pieces like you do with move and the Wii but I consumer they are targetted probably won't realize that.

Interestingly enough the 360 S Arcade is superior to the Premium 360 once you add a 250GB HDD. Sure you lose the glossy finish but you have all the same features plus 4GB of internal memory.

I think the consumer response would be much better if they bundled it with Dance Central rather than Kinect Adventures.

And it is just so typical of MS to include the smallest fucking hard drive they could find,  4gb?

this is only the case so they can continue their ladder games by increasing hd size as time goes on.

 

They have increased their baseline price from $250 to $300... but now it includes kinect. (and a new sku.. 4gigs, etc)

so i guess thats alright, but you can tell MS thought a $250 sku would do wonders and attack the wii sales with that price point... now its gone until the next price cut where they will have another PR wave of info about how 70% of console sales come below $300.

or am i interpreting this wrong... will there stil be an arcade sku without kinect included?

Exactly...I would be much much more interested if they bundled it with Dance Central...but alas that was never an option for MS since it isn't a first party title.

I think the bundle will be snapped up tbh, if not Kinect itself. Even so, if I were MS I'd be very worried about a $150 WIi and a $250 PS3, neither are unlikely.
