WKC2 did better than expected, but still a notable drop from WKC1.  Will be interesting to see if it has better legs.

Speaking of legs, Galaxy 2 is doing really outstanding.  After it's launch I though a million was out of the question, but at the rate it's going I think it may actually make it (eventually) now.

My real question is though... where is Pokemon HG/SS?  It made top 10 in Fami, and probably had a surge on the movie releasing this week, but it's not even top 30 on MC?  WTF?

I think 30k at least for PS3, and probably higher like you say.  Open pricing old SKUs should push it decently, but it also depends on what's in the channel.  The last system to get "open price"d was DS Lite, but there were so few on shelves by that point it didn't much impact overall.

I don't think Wii will have any increase tbh (so 20k-ish) and 360 will probably drop back to sub-5k (;_;).

I think so:it would not be the first time that this fact happens...Wii saw a little rise the week before MH3,PS3 saw a rise before the release of DMC4...

Impressive for both WKC and Wii party after day 1 sales... Especially Wii party, i didnt actually think it could climb up to 200k
