Puts Arc Rise Fantisa to shame

Looks incredible to me.  I would say the colors were disappointing, but everything else looked like it could be a revelation for RPGs.  So many new ideas just implied by that trailer, it's dizzying.  I saw some GTA crowd movement in there, some environment destruction that made the battlefields look chaotic and alive, some character animations that look like they could really enhance the gameplay...

And most importantly, of course, I saw a fantasy world I actually want to explore.

This single screen, imo, puts that whole trailer in shame.

Just compare the boat part in the trailer with this... it's looking like a Bioware RPG, unfortunately.

I think it's looking more Demon's Souls alike, as someone before has stated.

I've got two things to say about this issue. Firstly, we have only seen a trailer, so it would be good not to jump to conclusions so soon. Second, I love what I´ve seen in that trailer. Even if it gets to be a dark game, that is just fine with me.

If we ever get to see a trailer of Dragon Quest X or if Tales of the Graces gets published in the West, you'll get all the colour you can take. :P

Don't get me wrong. I know some people were hyped by the artistic concept realesed troughtout the net, being its fresh colourful looks the main reason you were hyped. Then, I understand what you've seen can be kind of a letdown. Fortunately, it isn't at all for me.

though im still more hyped for Xenoblade. i just hope they both come west.

Was I the only one who was expecting an art style like this? Actually we already knew about it. You can tell in the scans that were shown that it was going to be dark. 

But they are closer in spirit to what FF used to be like.

I just watch the trailer a third time and I fear the game might be real-time ( something like ff12 )

I hope Im wrong cuz I wanna be able to really control the characeter by myself and not have the game battle for me.I want a real action RPG like dark cloud,Rogue galaxy or Kingdom hearts.

Can somebody confirm if this is truly an Action RPG or just Real-time like Xenoblade ?

Was expecting this game to look a lot different than it does. I thought it was going to be more liek a turned based RPG or something.

It looks pretty cool though and I'll deffinitley try it.
