I can't link you but it's common sense..

$299 for a 250GB ELITE

vs $199 for an arcade? Makes no sense..

I suspect $149 for that and $249 for the 120gb elite and $299 for the 250gb elite..

no link, just theory.. if its $199 they wont cover any ground.

i think SMG2 numbers are very good. for comparison this is SMG1 first week numbers:

and this are SMG2 first week sales

it sold pretty well IMHO, taking in consideration the fact that the first was released in november, and this in summer (dead months for gaming)

Back when VGC was 2.0, you had an option to go on the game's page and predict what sales would be first week, and its Metacritic rating.

I guesses 1.45 million soo I'm in the clear. I knew EMEAA wasn't going to do much with Wii software. The market for the console is dead over there.

Oh, so I guess Europeans don't "nostalgia" too for Super Mario Galaxy. That's why the game sold bad there. Because American(and only them!) have nostalgia about 3D Marios, that's why it sold good there. In Japan, they had Negative-Nostalgia.
