VGC is one of the only sites that is like ' ZOMG Nintendo >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sony>>>>>>>>>>>MS'

Other sites are like 'Yeah, Nintendo are back, but Sony, and to some extent MS were fine as well.

Name me another site where like 80% of people have cartoon avatars

NeoGAF is pretty much the hardcore barometer on the entire internet, and teir reaction to the 3DS was a lot more positive than ours was. There were explosions.

YEs please Gran Turismo in 3D without glasses would be cool! I get irritation when I use glasses on the bone bit on the tip of my nose.

NeoGAF is probably the most harshest gaming forum site i've ever visited and they still praised the 3DS.

And it's pretty much guaranteed  Sony made a lot of money off the PSP, the PSP2 will do just as good. Nintendo isn't going to be the king of handheld forever, I see this ending soon, whether it's the PSP2 or something else.

I'm just curious, what makes you think this?

The Wii, anything can happen, I believe the PSP2 will be something very serious

That'd be great, since it'd mean Sony would actually be doing something different. However, I highly doubt they're capable of such a thing, the 3DS seems to have everything locked down. If they ever become competitive, it'd be next gen, if Nintendo isn't able to come up with anything fresh to succeed the 3DS.

Btw, this "anything can happen" thing is seriously taken too far..

@jarrod: By cartoon avatars, he's probably referring to anything coming from Japan... (obviously I fit the description)

Unless it's expensive, we don't even know the price, it could be the PS3 all over again with a high priced console. We've yet to see a high priced console win a generation. By the looks of the 3DS is it's going to be expensive. So it depends what the PSP2 or any other handheld will be priced at.

No I dont think Sony should do that,  that would be as stupid as Sony not coming out with a PSP2.

was people slamming the Wii unjustified?

the point is Sony moving into the Smartphone market is a lock and i will tell you why.

CEO:Tim Schaaff over at Sony

and also SE  already went on the record stating there is a PSPphone on the way.

already the xperia10 being the best selling DOCOMO smart phone sales wise and just so happen's to be  an android Smart phone.

and the Xperia10 already has the Playstation software stack in the phone.

Now Sony could position the PSP as the gaming platform for the Android OS just like Windows OS is for the PC.

but no sony could not be doing that..the PSP no matter what is no longer Viable because Nintendo is releasing a Hand Held...lol

in my opinion this forum is complete Toadish

If they go the PSPhone route, then that means there won't be a PSP2. Sony will have retreated and compete more with Apple than Nintendo.

I don't think it's trolling to say that Sony has some tough times ahead, because they do. They have to change their entire business model, because in the past few years it has been hard for them to make profits off of gaming.

what do you think Sir Howard is doing?

DID you ever think you would see the day Sony adopting open industry standard's..The PS3 support's generic card reader's, generic usb hub's, generic memory card reader's.

Sony's new Google Enable TV's contain Android installed on Intel CPU's inside Sony made TV's.

SE Smartphone's are now with Android OS. The PS3 support's Flash, Java.

I have not been on this forum very long but i have noticed quite a bit of Toading

this is not the only time I have seen Toading..and not just by the the non Mod's

and that's exactly why i am starting to think of this forum as one big joke.

There is an easy way to stop all this silly nonsense.....

.....and that's for Sony to hurry up and get out of the handheld arena.

Seriously joeorc, it's E3, it's christmas for gamers and heaven for fanboys. Take it for what it is and enjoy it. The console wars were so much more fun when they were less serious.

PS: Sony sucks 3D balls.

Nov 2016 - NES outsells PS1 (JP)

Don't Play Stationary 4 ever. Switch!

No, they shouldn't because Sony is not great at games department at all. And if they ever want to do so, I hope Ninty will have iron balls to restrict Sony from putting their weirdness on to everyone's handneld.

If Sony decides to give up on handheld gaming hardware, obviously they should just refocus those development resources on home console games. No point in driving somebody else's platform unless Sony gives up on gaming hardware altogether.

Nintendo didn't put there ip's on the ps1 or ps2, that's why Sony will do the same thing :P
