Too soon for tri-Ace imo, they just put out 4 games in the past 1.5 years. The VP team did ROF too, so VP3 is likely years away, if it even exists. If we get something from tri-Ace, it'll probably another small DS game (Blue Sphere DS?).
Deus Ex 3 is the only game from their lineup that intrests me. Let's just hope Eidos doesn't screw it up.

Thats where your wrong, During the onterview which talKed about tri-Ace overhauling there ASKA engine they revealed that SO4, ROF and a third game(the one there working on now) have been in development in the exact sam time..didn to you find it interesting RoF was annouced with the game over 70% complete?. tri-Ace is always working on multiple gamed and always has something to show has something to show..always. btw tri-Ace is not really a handheld developer at all so i really dont expect them to to do them other one... tri-Ace has it made so they dont have to.
EDIT: the 3rd game will be the 1st next generation ASKA engine game and its VP3...I know it.

Takayki Suguro and Masaki Norimoto are the driving forces behind Valkyrie Profile, and they (and their team) made EOE. You can keep hoping, but it's probably not going to be VP3 (yet)... the 3rd game is probably something new and from a rising/new director and partially outsourced, like Radiata Stories and Infinite Undiscovery were.
And yes, tri-Ace makes DS games inhouse. They basically have a full DS team now, who hasn't done anything since Covenant of the Plume.

Ypu missed my point, tri-Ace is never ever working on one game at a time though VP team was doing RoF it doesnt mean that at the end of that projects cycle they let memebers go to start a new one..remember tri-Ace is always working,so what have VP team been doing since December? but Yea ..theres really nothing other than the fact tri-Ace rotates there IP's thats says its VP, I dont think( or want) another SO before VP and it very well could be a new freash juicy Xxcellent new IP which i would be fine with. And never said tri-Ace didnt have a DS team, just that they dont focus on the handheld market( they even said during the So remake time that they handed it off to tose, becuase they would rether focuse on the home consoles) they never had to they got it made. but a new DS JRPG from tri-Ace just what that handheld full of stale JRPGs or remakes needs.

Well, I don't doubt VP3 is the next game on their (EOE team's) list, it's just that the timelines don't match up for a release (or even a reveal) anytime soon. I think the 3rd game that was talked about is probably something new. I also don't think tri-Ace will break their trend of generation sequels, so we probably won't see SO5 until PS4/XB3.
And the Star Ocean remakes were all handed off to TOSE (even Blue Sphere mobile) because they're generally one of the go-to studios for SE remakes. I think we'll probably see something from the Covenant of the Plume team again. Your DS troll needs work though, this year especially has been absolutely rocking for original JRPGs on the system (Dragon Quest IX, FF 4HoL, SMT Strange Journey, Golden Sun DS, etc). Better than any other system arguably.

DS trolling? The JRPGS are not bad just Stale( as in been there done that, or shameless cliche) like i stated. I was referring to past DS JRPGS not the fresh ones this year
