also +1 to patcher for being right once

Oh god, be prepared for lag fested online games.

Im still lagging on Bad Company 2 despite it being out for several months, EA fix your fucking servers!

Just because they're working on a multiplatform game with EA...doesn't mean we'll be seeing typically Sony exclusive games from Insomniac on the 360...not the way that works.

Just waiting for that PS Vita to come out so I can play some full featured games on the go with that beautiful screen and control scheme...

@CGI-Quality

thats prob because I'm sitting on a video game forum. Isn't that what we are here to do? Discuss the video game industry? That's what I love to do and we were having a civil argument. We simply disagree on the view point, I like you and think your a good member of the site that's why there was no name calling or anything just different points of view. Sorry if I offended you or anthing I wasn't trying to.

Do you mind linking me with your prediction?

Hmmm. As much is this is great for me as a 360 owner, I doubt it's good for supporting 3 consle manufactorers. The console makers are gonna have to literally have 5 or 6 first party inhouse devs to just get enough exclusives out regularly. Or splash lots of money. This is a dangerous time.

Sounded like Resistance 3 is still in the works as a Ps3 exclusive.

A sad day though :(. Think this probably marks the end for Ratchet and Clank for a while, and something new and different with EA.

It must be said though - this is how going multiplat should be handled. No timed exclusive BS or stuff.

R&C's probably the Sony series they'll keep doing honestly.  And Resistance is a Sony IP, there was no chance of that going multi.  On the other, there's probably no chance of Insomniac doing another original IP for Sony (why would they?), after R3 it'll probably be just R&C games every 2 years.

I expect everything new to probably be day and date multiplatform (360+PS3).  I also sort of wonder if Insomniac will start 3DS R&D?

When you put it like that. I see the overeaction in my post. I hope M$ add a few more though. Remedy would be a good purchase. :)

In my eyes Insomniac was never very important to Sony, and I personally didn't feel that any of their games threatened the Xbox 360 or me as an Xbox fan.

But it will interesting to see what their new IP is. Patcher was right, right?

And I am now 10,000.
