Sakura for me. Not only does she fit my fighting style perfectly, I also love her theme music!

Cammy used to be my favourite in the SF Alpha days but that was mostly because of her ass

1) Guile, though I sucked playing as him. Really cool, had a drive, his music and stages rule.

2) Totally better then Ryu. Ryu spends forever focusing on nothing but training. Ken you know... has a life, and he's just as much Ryu's equal if not superior. Ken beat Ryu in canon in SF2 and I believe has more in canon wins in general. If Ken trained like Ryu did he'd be unstoppable.

3) Sagat. He was just cool.

4) Guy. Favorite Final fight character and he's got a ton of sweet moves.

5) Gen. I just like how his fighting style looks.

Ryu travels and trains alone because he fears to hurt the people he loves I guess. His strength reaches its maximum when he's "Evil Ryu" but he's in a constant battle to overcome that dark side of himself.

In SSF4, however, that has no mention in the story. He keeps yapping about how every battle makes him stronger or how he's not strong enough yadda yadda ..

Ryu no questions asked followed by Chun-Li then Akuma then Ken.

Damn.  It's supposed to be an animated .gif of Chun Li doing her crazy fast kicks.  It works on my screen, and it's kind of hypnotizing me.

I'd have to go with Ryu, with Guile and Akuma after him.

Ryu... he looks cool and its a good character to play with!
