i'm very picky with what i buy so i havent bought a wii game since NSMBW in late November last year. Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be my first wii purchase of the year.

So i have no money trouble or a backlog at all. but grats to everyone who finds joy in what has been released for the wii sofar this year

I really really think you should try Mh Tri... This is my first Monster Hunter game. It is quite a great experience so far... Easily my most played game this year... Until Metroid Other M comes around..

Yeah, tell me about it. I don't even have time to catch up on all the WiiWare games. I still need to get Mega Man 10, Cave Story, Max and the Magic Marker, and BIT.TRIP RUNNER, and now Art Style: Light Trax comes out in a few days.

If those are Wii's quality games, PS3 & Xbox have nothing to worry about.

Your loss then.

Buying in 2015: Captain toad: treasure tracker,

mario maker

new 3ds

yoshi woolly world

zelda U

majora's mask 3d

Speaking of which, I need to go buy No More Heroes 2 after work. It's on for $12.50 used, though I will probably spring for a $20 new copy.

Demon's Souls Official Thread  | Currently playing: Left 4 Dead 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, Magicka

I agree, there's been more quality games for the wii for the first time since launch.

Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom
No More Heroes 2
Trauma Team
Monster Hunter Tri
Fragile
Red Steel 2
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Sin and Punishment 2

i borrowed it from my friend one weekend. those 6 hours were plenty enough. Didnt care much for the fedex quests. and as a pc gamer i found the online to be really handicapped

Yeah, I noticed that, too. Though the amount of shovelware is still high, games have really gotten better. I've been playing way more Wii games lately, but I think the quality of Xbox 360 & PS3 game is still way better. Just my Opinion.

playing right now: Xenoblade Chronicles

Hype-o-meter, from least to most hyped:  the Last Story, Twisted Metal, Mass Effect 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Playstation ViTA

bet with Mordred11 that Rage will look better on Xbox 360.

For a long time in 2009 and the greater part of 2008, I was starved for good Wii games. Now for the first time in awhile, there are more Wii games I want then I have money to spend on them. Just got Monster Hunter Tri, and my precious Galaxy 2 will be arriving soon. Plus I still want to buy Red Steel 2, Fragile, and Endless Ocean, and Sin and Punishment 2 is on the way soon. It's like Nintendo just told me, THERE! There's your damn Wii games! You happy now??

Luckily there isn't much I want to play on 360 for quite awhile or I'd be in trouble!

The Wii certainly has been impressing this year and it's going to continue till the end of the year with Metroid: Other M, Epic Mickey, Arc Rise Fantasia, Samurai Warriors 3, Sengoku Basara 3, Sin and Punishment 2, Conduit 2, and maybe Xenoblade, Last Story and Zelda.

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

Coming from WoW I can somewhat understand what you mean by limited online. However the it took me about 10 hours to full get what Mh3 is trying to do... and about 40 hours later... I am having a ball... I am very entertained by the risk reward gameplay and the fact that once you do master the controls... it is really your fault if you die.. 90% of the time.
