impressive what a small price cut can do (FFXIII related)

Yeah I was hoping for more but then again it covers only two days. Hopefully we'll see it in the top 50 next week.

Wow FF13 has outsold FF9 by 2:1 (EU sales) & FF12 (EU sales) handily within 10 weeks of its launch in EU.

That's a damn travesty right there. I love 13, but 9 didn't get anywhere near the sales it deserved.

I dunno what happened with FF9 sales in Europe. Because FF12:Revenant wings on the DS is like 200K - 300K away from FF9 sales there.

But FF9 just isn't popular here thats why I was surprised about its popularity when I came to VGchartz.

Huh, really? At that pace, it may easily become the best-selling FF in EU... pretty cool!

hmmm FFX should be beaten (it did 2.19), but FF7 did 2.7 which will be hard, but with re-releases & so on FF13 could get 1 million more EU by the time the generation ends.

I have a feeling its overtracked in Europe though.

Wow, I always thought that VIII and VII did comparable numbers, which is why I said that... it'll be hard, but hey, who knows...

X did much better than VIII in the west, VIII did better than X in Japan

But the ration is far striking with FF13, it may do double in the west than in Japan all said & done.
