The single best game? Probably PC - StarCraft 2. Although, Mass Effect 2 makes a strong case for the 360... followed by (hopefully!) Halo: Reach

I remember Blizzard announcing sometime last year that they would release 2 games this year, and than later announced that the 2 games would be SC2 and the new WoW expansion. So no D3 this year =(

To the people talking about Mass Effect 2, it doesn't apply here as an exclusive since PC is included in this poll and discussion. If we were talking about console exclusives, it would work, but we are not.
