VGC and amazon.co.uk user reviews.
Since my main platforms are PC, Wii and DS... I completely avoid the likes of gametrailers.

I really feel sorry for people trusting "Edge 360 fanboys magazine" for reviews while it has been proven mathematically multiple times they're rating their games depending on the platform the game runs on...

VGChartz's Arthur Kabrick is the absolute best reviewer.

I also like EuroGamer, because the writing is good and the scores are justified- they're not over-generous like 90% of reviewers (and no, they are not 360 fanboys).

Edge is garbage, as is GameSpot, and IGN is steadily growing worse, unfortunately. GameTrailers aren't bad, but I prefer text to video reviews.

Have you read the user reviews on this site? Or indeed any other site on the internet? About 1% are decent or better. 99% are either:

Ridiculously short
Terribly scored
Written by people who don't own the game
Written by people who hate the console
Any combination of the above.
