StarCraft 2 will be the highest, followed by the next Call of Duty.

Diablo 3, Star Craft 2, Mario Galaxy 2 will be the top pirated games for 2010 to 2011

Also I will back this up that these 3 games will also fall into the top selling games for the same years. So they will take the crown for highest pirated and sold. Figure that one out :) It's easy.



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

As of right now, there's no way anyone's going to pirate GoW3. Geohot only has control over OtherOS' hypervisor layer, which is absolutely useless until he manages to intercept decryption keys.

 

But yeah, AW, Starcraft, JC2 most pirated games.

Other than that, the new CoD and Halo: Reach. Splinter Cell I'm already sure is already being pirated along with ME2.

New COD and Starcraft quite easily.
Im betting a fake Battlenet service will pop up the day after release.

PS3 piracy will take ages to be a problem, if ever, too many hurdles. 360 is being hurt by piracy, which will only get worse as the console gets cheaper. PC platform is already owned by the pirates.

 

Personally I think making Alan Wake 360 only will result in higher sales overall.  Will be following SC:C sales and piracy figures closely.
