New COD and Starcraft quite easily.
Im betting a fake Battlenet service will pop up the day after release.
PS3 piracy will take ages to be a problem, if ever, too many hurdles. 360 is being hurt by piracy, which will only get worse as the console gets cheaper. PC platform is already owned by the pirates.
Personally I think making Alan Wake 360 only will result in higher sales overall. Will be following SC:C sales and piracy figures closely.
