since it has not even had a proper release yet. the problem is some gamer's want to reduce the fanfair of a game no matter which console it is. there are gamer's that do that all the time. it's best just to ignore it.

because I for one do not even take any review sites as more than anyone gamer's Opinion on a game, because that's what it is, game review sites are game critic's like movie critic's . I do not know how many movie critic's i disagree with on how good a movie was. i just watch and play the game's that interest me.

The user score system really is broken. 1s and 10s and about 5 worth reading. I don't see any solution. Wake will meta around 9.1 and user at 6.1. That gap is the fanboy stamp of quality.

It's not really a 1.9 rating, Metacritic just screwed up and put the numbers backwards.

Metacritics a pretty useless measure of anything to be honest, even the user scores. The main reviews are hardly quality controlled or free of bias and the user submitted scores are a mix of informative, fanboys and haters.

I find the best place to go is somewhere like amazon as it usually is more informative and tends to have far less bias then metacritic.

It most likely/almost certianly is just haters, but remeber Haze? Wasn't that meant to be a jewl encrusted next gen shooter to lift all PS3 owners up to a new level of gaming, and it turned out to be just a particarly bad pile of turd.

but in all seriousness the game looks like a solid 87-91 meta , lets be honest its not really pushing any envelopes and some of the writing off the bat sounds a bit meh , characters seem pretty good graphics look good story might be trying a bit to hard but overall it will get good reviews i can just tell , but in the end its personal opinion and im sure some will love and some will hate, like every other game.

With such a low score it must be good.
Fanboys wouldn't get riled up and do this over nothing.
