Mine is probably the one in which Kazuma gets date raped and is about to be sold into sex slavery but wakes up in time to smash a flatscreen TV over some dirty foreigners' heads. This speaks to nearly every person's worst nightmare or greatest fantasy.
I also dug the one where you have to help the guy get some ridiculous ice cream cones to his family. It's actually kind of annoying to do and I failed on my first attempt after being hit by a car, but it was rather heartwarming once I succeeded. The description of your reward (something to the effect of "A six scoop ice cream cone, WTF?") is pure class.
So what are your favorites? The main storyline of a game is pretty important, but the protagonist's true character is revealed through sidequests. I've come to the conclusion that Yakuza is a pretty cool guy, eh delivers ice craems and doesn't afraid of going off with strange black men.
