Nah, it's same content as the NA Deluxe Edition. But the Black Phantom Edition boxart is cooler.

No, The PS3 Tales of Vesperia has yet to be announced for anywhere outside of Japan. I been falling Namco for awhile, trying to see when they will release games. Tales of Graces might only make it here in 2011.

I never buy the strategy guide but for this game it is so useful. All the info on rings, swords, bosses, worlds. I used to read it on the way to work. Deluxe version is the one to get. Played DS for over 5 months. Now everyone can ejnoy this beautiful game!
