Only shiny Pokemon I've ever seen, let alone captured, is the red Gyarados in Silver/SoulSilver.
It is currently a main staple of my party.

I'm sure I had a ton in Silver, but didn't realize it.

I captured that Red Gyarados too, but I didn't count it, since it's part of the history and not one of the ultra rare random ones.
That's a good party you've got there, have you finished the Elite Four?

Shiny Buneary and Shiny Graveler both from Pearl. The Graveler is since gone, but the Buneary is still with me, pending the day when i will put it to some sort of use. Actually exported it to Soul Silver along with quite a few other good things, like the event Jirachi, the Palkia i used to smash through that bastard Lance, a Spiritomb, and an Abomasnow that failed to beat Lance.
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I'm currently grinding my Pokemon to get them leveled up enough to take on the Elite 4 for the second time. It shouldn't take too much longer.
I caught a shiny butterfree in Gree Leaf(if that how the game is called, can't remember.)

How much higher are their levels on the second time?
I'm currently doing Kanto gym badges, with a party leveled at 51 and Dragonite at 57.

From my initial runthrough of them, which ended in failure at the 4th one, their levels ranged from the mid-50s to the mid-60s, though I would imagine Lance has a Pokemon close to the 70's.
The first member, the psychic-type user, has a level 61 Gardevoir.

Outch, that's some massive differences, especially if Lance does have some 70's Dragonites. Grinding it will be then, thanks for the info xD

On the original Gold I saved in front of Ho-Oh and kept turning off the game until he was Shiny, I recently did the same for my starter Pokemon, Cyndaquil, now a Typlosion, a purple one at that.
