I am going to say God Father Wii Edition. Great controls for a Sandbox game. I was shocked no GTA port come to use those controls.

The wii port of BULLY was pretty good too!

Pro Evolution Soccer, followed by Zack & Wiki and Trauma Center.

I'm excited for Red Steel 2, but haven't played it yet.

I'd have to say Okami is my favorite 3rd party Wii game. Truly a stunning achievement.

Muramasa: The Demon Blade, No More Heroes 1 & 2, and Little King's Story are up there too. Red Steel 2 is another great title as well. ^_^

No More Heroes 1/2
Okami
