My TV already does all that for me. No need to buy another one of the same thing. This is only helpful if you have an older HDTV or a crap HDTV.
In my experience, upscaling is an excellent source of lag.

you need to put www. in front of it: http://www.vdigi.com./

I know some of the newer LED tvs don't even come with one component input.
Could be wrong tho.
