Please note that I meant saturation of FFXIII on the console. The PS3 has a lower install base + more copies sold of XIII in NA. Therefore, there is a higher number of potential XIII customers out there for the 360 version.

whats even more impressive is that FF12 launched in the holidays in 2006 yet FF13 had a better 2nd week (it may have had a larger % drop though).

I still believe the 360 version will outsell the PS3. For starters all the hardcore FF fans buy the game day one or during the first week. Most of them know that for the most part the PS3 version is the better version if you have an HDTV. wIth that said there are people like me who own a slim and a 360 but still went with the 360 for a few reasons.

You must remember that first FF game every gen tend to sell more than later FF games. I think better comparisor for XIII is X. I really don't see how XIII would sell more than X so series is still in slight decline (like it has been since VII). Still of course great sales and FF is still big series saleswise.

There's no data for FFX western sales.

Quick question, do you think FFXIII on 360 can reach 2 million? What do you believe is the number that will make SE feel going multiplat was worth it.
