I liked Uncharted 2 and 1 but the best game to ME is Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube :)

The OP says that it didn't win the overall "Best Game" award.

But, just so i know... How many GotY awards did Arkham Asylum win?

I cant believe Batman won any game of the year awards of any kind... bored me. 

Uncharted2 is a great game (although I preferred the 1st)... but a game only wins awards against its peers for THAT year. 

lol!

I actually thought the first was barely a 8.5 (in my books)

the 2nd was so amazing though!!!!!!1 (9.4/10)

It's hilarious, its really like a movie, its got really fluid gameplay, and it has nice online, but it's far from greatest of this gen much less greatest ever. Little Big Planet trumps it by miles alone, and that would be one of the best this gen to me.

Now if you wanted to say greatest Naughty Dog game ever, then hell yes, they just get better with age and I hope the next game is even better, cause you can't have too many great games.

Well, it isn't even the best ps3 game... In my opinion it's just a good third person shooter... I think Little Big Planet is better and has a think that is missing among tons of fps and God of War clones: INNOVATION!

The only way I can see this being the best game ever, is if the PS3 is the first and only system you have ever owned or played in your life. Are the people that think this way new to gaming? I believe it is a great game with some of the best graphics, but that is about it.

I didn't like the first game too much. To me it was a very average game with nice visuals.

maybe its the best game this year but no way the best game ever. It has 3mil total sales. If everyone thought it was amazing as the hype is, word of mouth would push sales to over 5mil easy. Sure its a good game, but it can't even compare to some classic games that are still fun as hell to play today. Metal Gear Solid, Legend of Zelda Orcana of Time, Super Mario 64. Those games are all miles ahead of it and were truly ahead of their time. It all comes down to opinion. But if every gamer in the world was forced to vote on their favorite game ever, uncharted 2 wouldn't even come in the top 10.
