By the end of this generation who will the the most games with over 90% from MetaCritic, the PS3 or the Xbox 360?

It's currently at this:

X360: 27 games

PS3: 21 games

PS3 is my guess

If we are not talking exclusives only then the 360 has the best chance as it shares many games with the PC. And I'm not just talking about games Microsoft is some how involved in like GeOW and Mass Effect but also games from relatively unknown developers and publishers who dont have the time, money or expertise to make a PS3 version. Usually those games wont reach a 90% average but some might.

In total, I think the 360 is going to win. But it's going to be damn close, I definitely think its lead will shrink.

Exclusives PS3, overall X360

I think PS3, but it will be close, PS3 has soooo many great games in the works, more then 360, so I think that may be the difference.

I'd say PS3, but that would mean they have 7 90+ exclusives left for the generation.

All I can think of is:

Killzone 3

Gran Turismo 5

The Last Guardian

3D Dot Game Heroes (If it gets a US release, I really want it to do well)

This is also with the thought that all Multi plats score the same for the rest of the gen.

27 in 4 years is a hair slower than 21 in 3 years. MS focus on more timed exclusives compared to Sony, so PS3.

I clicked 360, but after some though I'm going with PS3. Mainly because most multiplats are going to score the same, and PS3 has more exclusives, a few 360 exclusives have gone multi and added to the PS3 list (Bioshock, Braid)

Its gonna be really close, but I think the 360 will barely beat the PS3.
