so i had some time on my hands since GOWIII isnt coming out for a good week so i got bayonetta and was really expecting something more....now i am ignoring the loading and graphics issues *because we all know the ps3 version was weaker then its 360 counterpart*.....what the heck were reviewers thinking giving this game a 9-10/10....i mean really?, the story is whacked out, terrible presentation, it has you so confused till atleast near the end....i really feel the story could have been placed and told better....bayonetta is a really likeable character (i mean more than just her ass lol) and the combat is reaaalllllyyy fun once you get the hang of it....however the overall presentation of the game is horrible, and you dont even know what your fighting till the end, and even then your still a little confused....i know bayonetta has amnesia and all, but i mean really, it feels like the devs just wanted you to enjoy the gameplay the whole time and worry about the story at the end, i mean i felt no emotion towards the characters, bayonetta is a funny one, but its just not a title deserving of 9....i would rate it a good 8.5 tops, and for the people saying that this game is better than the god of war franchise, open your eyes, please, god of war has a better story, better graphics, arguably better gameplay, i mean theres just no way bayonetta is the better game....overall i really liked the game, but i just hate how reviewers praised this game cough *ign cough....oh and by the way, bayonetta would kill kratos in a fight, sorry thats just the way it is.
