Forums - Sales - America HW up!

Wait! How could PS3 have a boost if it's supply constrained and has an upper limit? Can someone clear this up? Is there less of a problem than we think and the PS3 numbers are actually representative of demand? I has confusion o_O

The game makes people actively search for a store for remaining ps3s... instead of someone going to a store for something and stopping by the electronics department just to see if people have them in stock. No Ps3s anywhere in the Chicago land area though. I've been actively looking.

Sonic and Sega on Wii was beaten by Mario Kart on it's launch week! Damn, that thread about which kart racing game would do the best was pointless...

A game I'm developing with some friends:

www.xnagg.com/zombieasteroids/publish.htm

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

I think 360 holding steady compared to lasts years is the most surprising.

Wii is down significantly, even with a $50 cut.
PS3 is only slightly up with $100 cut and Slim

But 360 is slightly up with no recent cut. Go figure.

DS flat but no price cuts so that's a huge accomplishment considering how old it is.

PSP is nearing RIP.

I've added Heavy Rain in the top to celebrate it's release and selling the most.

Buying in 2015: Captain toad: treasure tracker,

mario maker

new 3ds

yoshi woolly world

zelda U

majora's mask 3d

wow so heavy rain already at 700k for first two weeks with about 75% of the data

Nice Hardware and Software for Wii. Cabella's Hunter game has been some sort of sleeper hit for Activision. PSP ouch.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

Woah. PSP2 @ E3 seems more and more likely...

Nice debut for Heavy Rain. Nice to see Mass Effect holding well.

EA can't be happy with Dante's Inferno.

Sorry to see such a mediocore debut for Endless Ocean but it should have nice legs.

Abysmal debut for Sonic Kart. Where's the 360/PS3 version? Didn't even break top 50? Sad.

No, this is Heavy Rain's first week. It's currently at 230k with Others-numbers missing. We'll be getting second week data from Japan this week though.
