Just read the user reviews and look how biased they are.

First guy says it's pretty cool -> game gets a 10
2nd guy says in his review 8/10 -> game gets 10
3rd guy says it's definitely not the best, but also not the worst RPG -> game gets a 8/10
Only the 4th guy seems to be very happy with the game (even though probably not 10 worthy)
While I agree that IGN's score for example was too harsh, doesn't mean the average gamer can rate it better.
In fact the average gamer often tries to express his opinion (subjective) in a review, while a professional reviewer tries to rate a game objective.
@RareglovE
Look at Metacritic. The game has a 65. That is NOT bad.

I originally cancelled my preorder after the reviews hit, but then I started reading user reviews and bought the game anyway...and I love it. I'm not sure why reviewers were down on this game, although I suspect that the first horrible review by IGN (5.1 out of 10) influenced the rest of the "professional" reviews out there. When the metascore is 65/100 but the user reviews are 8.3/10 (a twenty point swing), you know there is enough disparity to give the game a try for yourself.
The online quests are so much fun that this game actually makes me want to buy a second PS3 so my wife and I can play together. Unfortunately, the reviews probably kept enough people away from this game for it to suffer a slow death with respect to online play.
those reviewers arent to 100% trusted got to take a pinch of salt when u read what they say.
Very good game which got underrated by some reviewers its not a new thing but it really saddens me this game would have been a big hit if reviewers didnt kill it with their bad reviews its another reason why I usually take reviews as a grain of salt specially when it come to RPGs (Dragon age = very good scores and a very bad game) (WKC = bad scres for a very good game).
I heard that you can create one of the members of your party. If that member can be a hot female, I may eventually buy this game.
I just got this game yesterday in the UK
