i live behind river point mall and theres a gamestop there and as a fact i was there yesterday to buy a 1 year live card and yes they have PS3's 

2 blocks north theres a target and i was there 2 days ago to buy stuff for my loft and guess what they had PS3's 

2 blocks south theres a best buy I was there to buy uncharted 1 for my PS3 and guess what i saw plenty of PS3's 

and as a fact my niece boyfriend works at target on elston ave and i just called him to ask him and FOR SURE they have PS3's 

so dont come saying that im bullshitting cuz u just pissed me off 

it's just due to the holiday sales which led to a huge number of PS3's being sold and now they have to replenish the retail stock to meet the surging demand. The January NPD wasn't as expected as most demands exceeded supply way over. This shortage is expected for few months.
