based on the above trend that i have made, its seems a hand full of people are dissaponted with RE5 and how it was represented as a whole. no matter, i wish to hear from you on your insight of RE5.

Yes and no....more yes than no...confusing?..haha, let me try and clarify...as an action game, I enjoyed it...the problem is there´s the name 'Resident Evil'...so as a 'RE' game, it did disappoint me....forced co-op and almost the entire game in broad daylight killed whatever was left of what I expected from a RE game.

I mean, RE4 changed the whole formula but at least it had creepy locations and you were on your own...nothing about RE5 screams creepy and the feeling of being alone...if you can detach the name RE from the actual experience RE5 provides, you´ll have better chances of enjoying it.

Disappointing? no after RE4, RE5 was exactly like i expected

Its RE4 with better graphics and co-op + online (now its 100% pure action baby)

Yes, hated the inventory system, Sheva's stupid AI, lack of scary moments, poorly design QTE, Chris and Jill new design, the ending, the music and finally that horrible "limited edition" figure that I get with the RE 5 special edition package:

What a joke Capcom

I was disappointed. I never played an RE game before though, but I had just played the demo. The coop was fun, but whole game just had way too much of a B-movie vibe in it. In the end, it was okay, but I had hoped for better.

res5 was excellent, the co op exp was amazing i see no reason why people hate on it,

ive flogged my copy because i want the gold edition

I probably wont ever buy another RE game because of it so ... yeah you could say that

no, it's not even survival horror to be fair, just like there are rail shooter versions on the Wii, this is just a different story with different game play mechanics.

It's the best TPS co-op game available IMO.

I can understand why people might be dissapointed, because it's different than the old RE games, but I often hear that this is the reason why it's bad and that's just total bullshit.
Just because you expected something different doesn't make the game worse. It's your fault and not the game's.
