I disagree. There is a such thing as a needless markup, and price gouging, in many cases the public is ignorant enough of the industry not to know they are paying said excessive markup. Not to say the only reason apple producs sell, is ignorance, but the public willl almost always be ignorant of innovative modern technology, and thus, will rely mostly on branding as a base for their buying decisions, and not value, or quality, which means your marketing team and not your product quality, assures success, which in turn implies that quality products might not necessarily be the ones that progress as mankind progresses.
