Forums - Sony Discussion - I have £12 spare in my PSN Wallet, recommend games PLEASE!

I highly recommend Critter Crunch. It's an excellent puzzle game that's cheaper than most other games on PSN.

Buy Flower!

Rainbird, don't read this next line.

Buy Braid.

On Flower, I'll link you to my review:

I'm not going to give you any more details than that, it really shouldn't be spoiled

Flower is amazing. Braid is better.

Get both!

Stardust is actually pretty fun.

Blast Factor is good.

Flower is amazing but like you said boring fast.

Flow is cool.

thanks for the list rainbird.

Yeah I wanted blue toad murder files, but if it has zero replay value maybe not

so tell me WHAT is flower about?

every one LOVED flow & convinced me to buy it but I hated the game.....I'm afraid the same thing will happen here.

I have 4 PSN games -- Flow, Calling All Cars, FF7 & now FF8

obviously 2 of em are "actual PSN" games.

Is Braid any good then, everyone was raving on & on about it

Don't buy BTMF.

Flower is about blowing petals around a field (you'd be amazed by how incredible an experience it is, though)

Flow sucks. Calling all Cars sucks more. The reviews for both of these sucked, and pretty much nobody actually liked them, so I'm not sure what convinced you to buy them.

I would say, in this order:

1) Braid

2) Flower

3) WipEout HD

Ok I am fine with braid, but does it last long & is there replay value?

Flower can be a good thing to present to girls too you know. My last girlfriend thought it was amazing that I liked a game like that (I made her play through it, and she liked it)

About 7 hours, and it's so incredible you'll want to replay it. There's also a speed run where you can try to finish the game in 45 minutes, but that's pretty much impossible; I wasn't even finished with World 3 (which is actually world 2, but you'll understand that when you buy the game), when the time ran out.
