HARDWARE

Top 10 dominated with new releases. Rhythm Heaven Groove seems to have had a decent second week. 

In terms of hardware, Switch 2, Switch 1, and Xbox Series are all down week-on-week and year-on-year, while PS5 is up for both. 

A 68% drop is very respectable for Rhythm Heaven. It still sold well over 100k this week. There were also a ton of new releases this week. I guess the publishers wanted these games in the July - September quarter, for whatever reason.

Man, I think these Switch 2 sales should have already been partially recovered from the price increase by now. It seems we, indeed, will have to wait Splatoon Raiders to come out to see if the Switch 2 will leave this 20K baseline

As for the Switch 1, it crossed the 36.9M mark finally. More fifteen weeks or so and it'll hit the 37M number

Basically the same as last week just with the Switch 1 and 2 somewhat lower. That number 2 game looks really neat but it's unfortunately only in Japanese currently.

Splatoon Raiders can't come soon enough for Switch 2 and the Switch Lite really needs Rhythm Heaven and Tomodachi bundles this holiday. The PS5DE doing all the heavy lifting for the Playstation 5 this week.

Rhythm Heaven Groove is the cutest game, i love it so much

Why the F is ps5 increasing i would have deff thought they would abbandon sony harder ow well..gues in the end sony made the right call

Switch 2 needs better DLSS, slightly higher clock profiles, additional core, and memory for multiplatform games to look and run better. Nintendo needs a new killer game that's not Zelda and Mario to sell more consoles. Right now, I see no need to buy Switch 2 from a PC enthusiast perspective.
