Some good ones that instantly come to mind:

Sonic is a treasure trove of OSTs with lyrics: City Escape, Live And Learn, Living In The Sunshine, Reach For The Stars, Open Your Heart.
Oh! And then there's Expedition 33: Alicia, Lumiére, Une Vie à T'aimer (Renoir [Boss Theme]).

I will always insist FFX is the most overrated game in the franchise, but by god i will never question what an amazing soundtrack it has. Does a lot of the heavy lifting for me. 

These three are very different from each other but are all stellar. 

The entire Nier soundtrack and Nier Automata. May post some of those later if not beaten to it. Rather post some lesser known ones.
