A damn shame, he was only 58. Way too young.

His games had such a badass sense of style, they practically oozed cool from every pore.

Guy was a legend and he'll be missed.

His last words hit like a truck. RIP

This hits me hard iam a HUGE fan of doa.
Its been a massive part of my childhood.

The legends who shaped gaming are slowly going away..makes me a bit sad.

WHAT THE FUCK???!!! Wow, such a legendary developer, holy shit I am taken aback by this very much, wow. Devil's Third is his final departure from us? Doesn't feel right, man. RIP to a very legendary developer.

truly sad, didn't play many of his games but Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword for DS was a masterpiece

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Cancer?

Ninja Gaiden was the game that brought back hard difficulty in games. And Devil's Third will probably skyrocket in price. Buy it now or make peace with never owning it.

NOOOOOOO!

Fuck maaaaaaaaan. His sorrow is my sorrow as well; I was always rooting for him to make a comeback. Given a true opportunity, I know he have made would have made something ground breaking. I will never forget my time with Dead or Alive 2&4. Played the fuck out of those games. RIP Mr. Tomonobu
