This is looking intense!

As a game from Kojima, it will likely be conceptually bizarre and transgressive, graphically spectacular, and not my cup of tea gameplay wise.

Still, it is cool that auteurs like him exist, to keep gaming from getting too homogenous.

I don't like horror in general, so I'm probably more sensitive to horror than many others, but to me this seems way more terrifying than most other horror game trailers etc. I've seen. I don't watch a lot of them, but every now and then something piques my interest enough to familiarize myself a bit with. It starts a bit unsettling, but gradually there's more and more disturbing signs, and anticipation of something coming is built up. Finally you can just feel the terror, all the while the exact reason for the terror is not shown. You just know it's something bad, and it's probably even worse than knowing what it is.

I usually don't do well with Kojima games. Metal Gear is great, but I suck at stealth. Policenauts was good. Death Stranding had amazing cinematics, but I don't enjoyed the gameplay after all.

But this thing is different. It's a horror game, it looks visually stunning and it gives a nightmare vibe. I can't wait to see more. And so far it seems to be a traditional game. At least I hope so.

PS: The game uses MetaHuman, a technology that makes humans even more realistic in games. Does someone know if it was used before? I think it's something quite new.

It doesn't REALLY sound like it's meant to be a "game" at all even.
