She does try to kill Melia alone, Shulk and co show up to save her, there's a whole boss fight around this. Zanza may not be sympathetic, but ultimately, a villain does not necessarily need to be. He's ultimately acting out of self-preservation combined with his tendency to see the inhabitants of this new universe like ants in a jar due to him being its creator. In both games, a lot of it ultimately boils down to how people deal with being given great power; whether they allow themselves to be corrupted by it, or whether they try and use it constructively. Compared to Riki who is a husband and a father, Tora is still considered a young adolescent, so it's normal.
Zeke is a funny character, and still young (25 only), still fine. If he was 35 - 40, then yeah, would agree with you.

Tell me that's Jenna Coleman (Melia's VA in the main game) at the end.
I really doubt it since Coleman is now a high tier actress (at least in the UK), but it'd be nice to have her back.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Cos it's a game, basically. They wanted to involve the player.
They're all jerks really, or more technically, examples of great power given to those who are either excessively selfish or lack empathy.
Character age doesn't matter that much to me honestly, just how often I felt irritated. Again, I don't mean to make it sound like I hate XBC2, just why I find the original better.
Btw maybe you should use spoiler tags given a fair few folks who haven't played the original game might be interested in the Definitive Edition and hence mighty read this thread.

I think they are from review copies.

Review copies are already out from what I gather and people have already began data mining the pre-loaded game as well.
Do we have confirmation that they fixed Melia's AI? That would help give more reason to replay the game with more team comps being viable, though I'd probably still go Rikki Reyn Dunban for most of the game again.
