Knowing Nintendo, it's probably because Link and Zelda are going to hug each other at some point.

Not sure, the ESRB rating just mentions fantasy violence, mild suggestive themes and use of alcohol.

Based on the most recent trailers I'm surprised it got an E rating. It looked like a T to me.

Well, we get to see Link in his underwear, so that could (somehow) explain the sex content advise. And if I remember correctly, there's a scene in a lake where we see a naked woman from the back, tho I'm not sure.

Still, it's Nintendo so we won't see anything interesting.
