Bethesda-Zenimax and Take2 have been the two western companies less interested in working with Nintendo's systems for a long time now. Usually both companies brought a decent amount of shovelware and the incredibly rare great game (like GTA Chinatown), but for the most part they have not done anything spectacular or even consistent with Nintendo consoles.

Now the Switch seems to have gained quite a lot of attention, and "GASP" has shown TES Skyrim on its presentation trailer. Both companies appear on the 3rd party list and both said they would reveal their games "soon". But I'm still weary of these two companies, even if it's just because they have shown that little interest in Nintendo.

So after all that, what games do you think they will bring to the Switch? Will it be a sustained support like with the rest of platforms, or will just release one game and be done with it? Will these games be new games or just remasters/ports of older games?

Take 2 will probably just port an nba 2k game and bethesda with maybe skyrim and thats it.

Take Two will release NBA games, potentially sustained for that series.

Bethesda will release Skyrim... maybe dishonored 2 port, but wouldn't expect much after the first year.

Their big games won't be on switch: GTA 6, RDR 2, Fallout 5, TES VI.

Pretty much. I would double dip on GTAV and Fallout 4 on the Switch though.

Well, Bethesda has said they'll consider any game where they don't have to make alterations to the game itself.

That being said, I'm beginning to wonder if Nintendo put Skyrim in that video in an effort to prove to Bethesda that people would get excited for it without having an actual agreement.

If they do have plans, I think it will be in the form of ports. I really don't believe that they're willing to extend the development period for Nintendo consoles. Late ports will have to be enough to convince them that they can make a profit with Nintendo.

Skyrim and NBA. Don't expect that much after those.

I feel like the switch will get gta5 at some point. It's a 360 game so it's not like it requires an major overhaul to port and it just keeps selling. It's m rated Minecraft at this point it doesn't matter if it's a late port it would probably sell simply because its gta5.

Versions of their latest games would be great but inferior versions of their earlier games definitely not. I understand the difference could be the first time these games have gone portable but I just don't think it will be helpful in selling the console. Wii u had inferior and/or late versions of western games and it was not seen positively and they sold poorly.
