Hello VGChartz!
October was a real busy Month in the videogame industry and on the forums... And you can be sure that November is going to be even bigger! The holiday season is now getting into full swing, hugely anticipated games are about to be released and the sales data that our forum was built around is finally seeing a resurgence. (Thank you Machina!)
Now, enough small talk. Let's get down to business.
It saddens me to announce, for those that don't yet know, that Veknoid_Outcast has taken the decision to step down as a member of the mod team due to personal reasons. Veknoid has been a fantastic member of the team and an outstanding member of this community over the last 3 Years. We're sad to see Vek leave the team, but happy that he can pursue other goals on the site and in his personal life. Please, stop by his wall or leave a little something in this thread to join us in thanking him for his efforts. Thank you Veknoid!
With Veknoid stepping down from his Moderator position, it freed up a space in the head-mod team. We are happy to announce that joining myself and Axumblade to maintain the trio is Miguel_Zorro. Since joining the team in June, Miguel has shown that he's a great leader on the site and in the mod chat and we're very happy to have him on the team. Just like with Veknoid before, please join me in congratulating him either in this thread or with a post on his wall. Congratulations, Miguel!

To sidestep from official moderator news and deliver on the thread title, we are very pleased to announce that the VGChartz Ambassador positions have now been filled and we can officially introduce you to the newest members of staff on our forums. Personally, I'm real jealous of that snazzy new avatar tag. Congratulations to Skullwalker, Ultrashroomz, Conegamer, Iceland and Platina. Special thanks go to TruckOSaurus for making the entire thing possible.
To remind you of what the Ambassador position entails; This is a position given to the most active and productive members on the site, those who spend a lot of time and energy making meaningful posts and threads, and leading by example. They will be tasked with creating interesting threads, making constructive posts, welcoming new members, retaining current members, answering questions about the site, and, in general, representing VGChartz in the most positive way possible.
If you have any questions and ideas, please don't be afraid to put them forward!
