PS3 pricecut is long overdue, the $200 12GB one is useless.  

Too late to cut the PS3 price. If they wanted to preserve PS3 momentum it should've gotten a price cut a long time ago. Sony looks to be contempt with just having a Vita that doesn't lose them any money and I doubt they'll pursue userbase growth.

PS3 could still sell a lot of units in developing countries. especially the number of games are a lot, and it would still sell the CODs, NBAs, Fifas and Battlefields.

Definitely sometime in the future.

I am sure it will in due time. We will just have to wait and see.

Sony doesn't care about those anymore. Hell they'd probably increase the price or cease production if it wasn't for Japan still buying PS3 SW and some Vita HW

PS v is releasing a new model at 199 in nov.... Doubt it'll drop in price

I think the PS3 is long overdue for a price cut no matter what. It's silly when you have a 12GB unit sitting next to a 360 that comes with 2 games and is $30-40 cheaper.

Will we reach a 120€ PS3 and a 100€ Vita? Time will tell.
