If these were my choices before I had a Wii U, I'd go with WW HD just because I love adventure/exploring games. But it depends on your favorite genre.

Bayonetta 2. Depending on where you get it from, you can get Bayonetta 1 included so it would be 2 games for the price of 1. Plus Bayonetta 2 is awesome.

Wind Waker HD, playing it now for the 5th time maybe. Truly awesome game, too bad my memory of the game has made it somewhat shorter, gone through it fairly quick.
