The last Famitsu numbers say that Animal Crossing New Leaf is very close to reaching 4 million units sold in Japan. After being on the market for three years, this game keeps selling great in Japan.

Animal Crossing technically isn't over-tracked on VGC if you include digital sales, but since they don't then VGC is only over-tracking Japan. I'm thinking North America and Europe are under-tracked according to recent numbers from Nintendo.
