Will AC New Leaf reach the 4 million units before the WiiU version gets announced and released?

Animal Crossing technically isn't over-tracked on VGC if you include digital sales, but since they don't then VGC is only over-tracking Japan. I'm thinking North America and Europe are under-tracked according to recent numbers from Nintendo.
