I don't think so. At best I can see them giving an in-game reward, but I even that I doubt.

I already think trohies/achievements are retarded. Getting headshots was something you just did. Beating a level was something you just did. Finishing a round of Street Fighter with a Super is something you just did.

But now, we have silly little notifications pop up on screen to tell you that you did what you normally do anyways. And that tricks you into thinking that it somehow "adds value". And now you want money for it? Get outta here

They need to bring the PSone/2-3 games to the PS4 store.

Yeah, they should, at least, give some in-game rewards. Just because the PS4 is selling well doesn't mean they should stop pursuing the players' sympathy.

The trophies are the reward...

The Xbox 360 never did this. The Xbox One never did this. There isn't a point to this except, "Gimme free things!" Sony wouldn't profit. They would be rewarding you for playing a game that you bought. To put it in the nicest possible way I can, that's just silly.

I thought the trophies themselves were the reward lol. I would gladly welcome psn credit for trophies though, it would make me actually care about them.

Xbox has Avatar Awards on top of some of their games, which (surprise) unlock stuff for your avatars. They work like achievements, but they aren't added to the total amount of achievements or Gamerscore.

Obviously that's not that much.

Free themes or some exclusive dlc, or some discount code to use in that game dlc, for the platinum olders. Plain store credit is too much to ask. But that would mess up the trophies by changing them to be insanely hard to get.
