Last summer I did an VGChartz 7th gen ratio poll, but I didn't get many votes. Maybe at the "start" of the gen things will be more active.

Keep it retail only, you can do your digital collection as a bonus. If you also bought digital retail titles you can add your equivalent downloadable retail games in your ratio. Note that first and third party are categorized by publisher, when in doubt check the worldwide publisher or who funded the game.

RESULTS UPDATE (25/01/2015)

From the PS4 VGChartz sample 20% of those who voted in the poll also made a post vote (see a comparison chart below). The poll votes show a plateau distribution meaning there are multiple modes, when poll votes with tenths ranges we see a bimodal (double-peaked) distribution at 10-20 and 40-50 with an edge peak at 80-100. The post votes it is clearly seen as bimodal at both 0-20 and 40-60.

So far, I bought 13 games for PS4, 2 of which are 1st party (Infamous, TLOU) --- 15%.

However, that score is heavily skewed, I bought those games because there were no other games to play. Had there been any choice in March and July, I would still be at 0%.

Over 20 ps4 games and 2 more soon. A few came with ps plus.
