This is BS. I have two 3DS's: an original and an XL. I thought about buying a 2DS but no more (well, maybe I still will). This is unacceptable, Nintendo!

This is the reason why i love Sony's PSN. You can use stuff you've bought on the PSP, PS3 and PS Vita at the same time, without any restrictions.

And that is not the only reason why it is convinient, if your console was to break or something, you can just redownload everything on a new console. If your WiiU were to break, you're just fucked!!

Yep, there can only be one system from each family system (3DS or WiiU) linked to each ID.

Its been like that for months o.O.

Ugh. This is the kind of bs Nintendo does that makes anyone wanna punch a damn cat, or a baby for that matter.

I do have to admit PSN does offer such convenience. I technically have two PS3s, a PSP, and now a Vita and have no trouble with its service (on-topic).

I created another network just for my gf. Between the two of us, we have four 3DS's and two Wii U's. This is bullshit! She can't have her own damn Nintendo account.

I know they're working on changing things but a "real" account system is my most wanted Wii U/3DS feature.

This is why I'm kind of afraid to use that $30 I got from the Fire Emblem/SMT thing. That and the whole games tied to a single system so if that system breaks then goodbye game.

Isn't it on the SD card not the 3DS?

I've been told it's to the system itself but I really don't know for sure.

Well now that it's an actual account, so atleast there's a way to get it transferred to another system if your system isn't working to transfer it.

When it was just a friend code and the system itself, you're screwed if it was broken because the system itself was the account.

Or maybe.  Is it possible to call Nintendo up and get your stuff transfered to another system in the case of a lost/stolen, or broken system now that you have an ID?
