We're all familiar with the lower than expected WiiU sales, many people are calling doom and gloom only 2 months after the console's release.

However upon lurking the interwebz I've stumbled upon new information that suggests that the consumers of the U, those who actually bought the product are quite happy with their purchase.

Research firm Forrester has conducted its yearly Customer Experience Index and the graph for 2012-2013 shows that Nintendo is at the top. Nintendo's products include the Wii, DS, WiiU and 3DS (denoted Wii and DS product lines). Take a look:
