I was just reading the PS.Blog and found that good article.

It talks about the secrets and memories from Amy Hennig about the development of this GREAT game.

Now I'm nostalgic and I think the whole series deserves the HD treatment.

  • Blood Omen 2
  • Legacy of Kain: Defiance

I'm in and you? I need these games in HD.

I have Soul Reaver for Dreamcast and it still looks great. It's a huge improvement on the PSX original.

I'd love to see the series get at leasted XBLA/PSN versions. At this point though, I think it needs a reboot. I'd prefer a new series focusing on Kain instead of Raziel.

they are on GoG and it's possible to play them at 1080p on modest hardware

I think all of them have PSN version but I need a HD remake .

I played Blood Omen years ago with a Pentium III and integrated graphic card.

Sould Reaver scales well, I might post some screens some time

 

sadly the controls have not aged as gracefully as the graphics
