Definitely buying the bluray.

Given Forward Unto Dawn, Halo Reach Deliver Hope, ODST commercial...........MS is giving movie directors a clear vision of how a full length Halo movie should be made.

This will bring that idea one step closer.

Probably will fork out for the Collector's Edition now.

looks okay for self (not hollywood) made but i liked that other video better. the one that was more "bourn"-esque.

I have to say kudos to Microsoft for really pushing the new and modern ideas when it comes to getting Halo out there for people to see. The very idea of a gaming company producing anything like this even a few years ago would have been collectively laughed at by pretty much any marketing people/executives except the forward thinkers.

At a cost of 10 million bucks though? Wow! Dirt cheap for the production values they've managed. Considering that larger companies spend, what, fifty, sixty million on advertisements? Seems like good bang for the buck.

Can't wait for next week, when the next video comes out.

EDIT: Also, I just realized...this may be one of the first game movies I've ever seen that doesn't suck. I'm kind of blown away by that possibility...

I will be for sure. I toyed with the idea of not watching this because of the BR edition but what the hell, I'll support both.

Normally I wouldn't give 2 shits about Halo but eh...that was kinda cool.

I might get the Blu-Ray version.
