I have to say kudos to Microsoft for really pushing the new and modern ideas when it comes to getting Halo out there for people to see. The very idea of a gaming company producing anything like this even a few years ago would have been collectively laughed at by pretty much any marketing people/executives except the forward thinkers.
At a cost of 10 million bucks though? Wow! Dirt cheap for the production values they've managed. Considering that larger companies spend, what, fifty, sixty million on advertisements? Seems like good bang for the buck.
Can't wait for next week, when the next video comes out.
EDIT: Also, I just realized...this may be one of the first game movies I've ever seen that doesn't suck. I'm kind of blown away by that possibility...
